How do I check availability?

What is the minimum nights stay?

This depends on the type and location of the room. Typically from 7 nights for our en-suite rooms and 1 month for self-contained apartments. Please email us at info@myeasyroom.com with any queries.

How do I make a reservation?

What time is check in and check out?

Check-in is normally from 2pm and check out is normally 10.30am. For other needs please contact us at info@myeasyroom.com or telephone us on 01502 567858.

Are there hidden costs?

No. Guests are responsible for any costs that arise as a result of damage, breakages and unreasonable wear and tear, including the necessary cleaning of upholstery or repainting of walls or replacement key costs.

How do I pay?

Debit card, credit card and BACS payments are accepted.

How often is the maid service provided and what is included?

For en-suite rooms at the HK Rooms location servicing is normally provided on a weekly basis with a full change of bed linen and towels. On request additional servicing can be arranged at an extra charge (subject to staff availability). Maid service is not included at our self-contained apartments, but can be arranged at extra cost.

How many people can stay in an apartment?

To provide maximum comfort for all our clients all rooms at our HK Rooms location are single occupancy, double occupancy for the twin rooms. No other beds can be accommodated in any room. Our self-contained apartments can accommodate a maximum of two adults sharing a bed in our one bed apartments or 4 in our 2 bed apartments.

What happens if I have an emergency?

In the event of any property maintenance requirements outside of normal office hours please contact the emergency out of hours support number 07779 990568.

How and where do I gain access to my apartment?

2 days prior to your arrival you will be emailed self check in instructions with details on how to enter the building and access your apartment. It’s important that you will have access to this email when you arrive at your apartment building. The email will also contain a 24 hour emergency contact number should you require any assistance.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee for the total cost of the booking.

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival, all monies received will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.

Refunds, where applicable, may take up to 21 days.

Can I extend my stay?

This is subject to availability, if you need to extend your stay please contact us at at info@myeasyroom.com or telephone us on 01502 567858. If the apartment or room is unavailable we will try to offer an alternative. Can I shorten my stay?

The cancellation policy will apply to any curtailment / shortening of the agreed rental period.

What is provided in the kitchen?

Our kitchens,  whether in shared or private settings,  are fully equipped with utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. All kitchens have ovens, grills, microwaves, a fridge/freezer unit, dishwashers, dish washing sink and a kettle.

Where should the keys be left when I leave?

Details are provided in the guest information sheet inside the apartment.

Do you have parking?

Allocated off road parking is available with our apartments. HK Rooms in Lowestoft has some dedicated off road parking and some on street parking.

Can I store my bicycle?

In most places yes.
